maternity photo ideas
maternity photos?
hi ladies,
i’m almost 36 weeks along and i’m getting some maternity shots done this weekend. i am a small girl with an extremely large belly, and most of the maternity pictures i’ve seen are of women who aren’t as far along as me. i was wondering if any of you have suggestions or links to sites with pictures for poses, wardrobe, shot ideas, etc for this shoot that will make me feel more comfortable. i want them to be very “real” and comfortable, the pictures will be in black and white.
my photographer keeps asking what i want, etc, and all i know is i want them to look nice and i dont’ want to look back on them and think wow i was so huge and i looked so bad!
any suggestions?
If you have ever watched Yummy Mummy’s on Discovery health they have some very neat poses that they have done. Standing sideways, looking down at your exposed tummy. (Shirt pulled up just below the breast line, with your hands on each side of your belly). You can do some with clothes on, or one completely topless with your hands draped across your breast, (with pants on) And your belly showing. They looked very elegant, and not at all trashy like.
