nursing maternity clothes
nursing help???
i need help buying a nursing bra, i was a DD and now that my milk came in it doesnt fit so do i buy a size bigger nursing bra or are they mad to strecth like maternity clothes are? also where do i go to buy them cheap and which brands are most comfortable??
I found that the quickest and cheapest, yet dependable bras are from motherhood (though I dislike them because they are more pro-formula, and sell your info to everyone under the sun, but whatever). Their in store sizes, I’ve seen go up to F (maybe G, don’t remember) and I suggest you try F first to see how it fits, then go down to E (or DD here in America) if it was too big! It sounds like you are in the engorged stage, and for this time period I suggest staying away from underwire because they sometimes can lead to mastitis. However, Motherhood does carry and awesome no wire yet supportive bra. I bought one with my first, used it up to the first 6 months, and again used up to the first 6 months with my second (now being stored to be used with my third and doing great). I will warn, that their supposed full coverage, does nothing even for my now D cup (I thought it was great at purchase, but I am constantly falling out over the top), so I can guarantee it’ll be worse on you! I do own and like some of motherwear. com’s bras, but they cost more and you can’ guarantee anything until it gets to you and it’ll cost more to ship it back and whatnot! I was fortunate to love the “nunderwire” bra that can be worn in the beginning without the wire and then at later stages with the wire put back in!!
