maternity swimsuit one piece

Maternity Swimwear: is it necessary?

My fiance and I are taking a week long trip to france and staying in a chateau that has a pool. There will be a lot of other people there, as it is for a wedding. Do I really need to buy a maternity swimsuit? Would it be tacky to wear my trusty two piece even though I’ll be almost 6 months along and have a little bump? I hate spending money on something like that when we already have such a long of list of things we need to buy for the baby. I can’t buy a one piece suit even if I wanted to because I have a long torso and they’ve never fit me.
Thanks for all your fabulous answers. I have no need to worry about the top being too large. I had trouble filling it out before I got pregnant. Now I should be just big enough that it will fit properly :)

Just wear the 2 peice! That’s what I do. In fact, I feel more comfortable and confident in mine when I’m prego, because when I’m not, I feel like I have a bit of a tummy. But when I’m prego everyone thinks it’s cute lol…
