How does NY unemployment work when you are pregnant?
I was laid off when 6 months pregnant-I am collecting unemployment from NY but can I still collect when I give birth and for the 6 weeks following the birth(which would have been my maternity leave)? Or do I have to apply for disability for that time period then go back to collecting regular unemployment benefits?
