What are my Maternity Leave rights in the UK if I have a student working visa??
I don’t hold a UK passport but have been working for my employer full-time for 18months. Just recently I began working part-time on a student working visa.
Do you know what my maternity leave rights are??

I don’t hold a UK passport but have been working for my employer full-time for over 18months. Just recently, with the same employer, I began working part-time on a student working visa. I study for 2 or 3 days and work for 2 or 3 days. So each week I work for 20+ hours part-time. In total I have been working and paying taxes/NI for about 2 years.
Do you know what my maternity leave rights are??

Hope you pay for all the care you’ll get from our wonderful health service, I trust you have health insurance. As for getting pregnant whilst studying, well that was a bit silly wasn’t it, did you do it for a council house and the benefit system? Think your parents would really like you to come home so they can be part of their grandchild’s life in your own country.Happy travelling.
