Will Fenugreek capsules increase my milk supply?
Note that my almost 2 month old daughter never latched onto me because my nipples were/are inverted, my daughter’s tongue always got in the way and still does with bottle feeding and she was due 3 weeks early, but I have been pumping my breast milk with Ameda Purely Yours electric machine since she was born to feed her by bottle. Occasionally I get stressed out if my family or my in-laws decides to come over for a visit and when this happens I get stressed out (can’t relax in my own home) and I see my milk supply decrease. If I take Fenugreek capsules will this increase my milk supply?
It should, as will eating oatmeal (the real stuff not instant), and drinking an occasional beer (the darker the better)
